Sunday, June 1, 2008 - Update

Here we are getting ready to leave for church.
My mom and dad took me to church for the first time today.

We surprised everyone at church today with our presence and that of a special little girl. Olivia created quite the buzz. She did very well. I wasn't sure how she'd react to being around so many new things, but she handled it like a pro. She even sang along during some of the songs. We were also very impressed with everyone there who understood our situation and realized that we still need to keep Olivia protected. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience for all of us.

It was nice to have both my brothers, and my sister-in-laws at church. Maybe in a couple of weeks, Kris, Kaleb and Aidan will be there, and it will be the whole family again! Olivia did a great job singing. I am sure that the choir director (Laura) will have a spot for her real soon!

Your family is so beautiful. I'm so glad you were able to go to church today and that everyone was respectful. She sure is a cutie.

We definately are saving a spot for Olivia in Alpha Delta Omega children's choir! It was like my vision coming true seeing Ryan holding Olivia while he was taking communion. Praise God from Whom all blessings flow.

What an awesome day for you! Isn't it great to be able to show Olivia off to all those who prayed for your family! Congratulations! We are so happy for you. I'm so glad people were careful around her. Hope you have many more wonderful Sundays to worship as a family!

It was such a blessing to see your little family in church and I loved the family buffer zone you had worked out in the pews! I really appreciate how the Glunt family always makes room for and includes the church family in your lives. Love and hugs...Shelly K.
