I'm so very proud of her. She makes me laugh every time she balances herself. . .it's like she dances a little jig. I need to allow her to walk a little more often than I do, but I hate watching her fall. Last night she had two big knots on her head. We try to catch her, but that doesn't always work. I need to start bubble wrapping the house. I'm just beyond proud of her. She also slept last night from 8:30 pm to 9 am. . .without making a peep. She's happier, we're happier. . .things are good.

Wow! She is really going. It's like we talked about. It's all when they want to.

Hope you had a great weekend!

That is SO great! Also so happy to hear that you're all sleeping better. It is the hardest thing to finally just let them cry it, but the end result is so much better for you and for her!
Wow! Not too much longer and she'll be running everywhere!!
Glad she's sleeping better at night, she sleeps better than I do.
Holy Moly! Thats not trying to walk...thats stinkin walking!! lol... she is doing awesome!!! How in the world did she progress to that so quickly?! That is so fun to watch!!! I love the toys scattered around the house too...lol...makes me feel right at home!... GO OLIVIA!!! Now, you can WALK around at the ZOO this summer!! lol
Go Olivia!!! That is fantastic. I am so glad to hear the sleeping thing is working. It is better for everyone involved.
Check her out!! That is amazing progress!
About the falling (Please don't get upset I just want to help). What we did with Jacklynn since our house is carpeted, we would just let her fall and we wouldn't react (because we learned that if we jump in and react to her falling, she'll cry even if she isn't hurt). She never hit hard and she learned to catch herself. It seems that Olivia is learning well how to take the fall. :)
Just a little tip!
Yippee!! I'm so proud of her! Glad to hear good news from the developmental ped. I'm sure the talking will come like everything else. One day she'll say, "Mother can I have some more please?" and you'll follow over in shock.
Um..."fall" over in shock, not "follow". I don't know what that would mean.
