Autumn Update

Just thought I'd give a quick update on my favorite kitty. We've had her now for 5 months and she's doing fantastic. She was pretty sick for the first 3 months that we had her. Our vet believed it was either asthma or a parasitic lung infection. We believe it was actually the latter and she had lungworms. After she received treatment for that, she's been doing great. She now has all of her kitten feistiness.

I now can't imagine life without her in our family. She follows me around everywhere and sleeps on my pillow. She has so much love to give.

Her favorite toys are the pom poms that you buy at craft stores. The only problem is that they always end up under the furniture and I have to fish them out for her.

No cat should be without their pom pom. . .and no family should be without their Autumn. :)

I'm so glad you have Autumn. Such a sweet kitty. I know she has been good for the entire family. :)

Glad Autumn is feeling all better now! We keep a yardstick out at all times to fish kitty toys out from underneath things. Just this weekend I was doing laundry, putting clothes in the dryer, and found one of Kit-Kat's play mice in with the clothes, it had been washed and almost got dried. Cats are sooooo much fun! Mine is 6 years old now and still acts like a young kitten.

I thought nothing could gross me out anymore. Lung worms did it. ;)

Ok, the lung worms totally cracked me up...since I don't have a weak stomach of course! So when are we gonna get together? Maybe Friday of this week? We'd love to have you girls over for lunch and a playdate. Let me know.
