Tuesday, March 3, 2009 - Update

Sometimes I think a dog would come in handy.

It's so funny to watch Olivia sort her food. Some of it gets placed to the far right of her high chair (this may or may not be eaten later) while some of it gets thrown onto the floor. A few prized pieces of food actually make it into her mouth. We haven't yet pinpointed the criteria because just when we think we got it figured out, Olivia throws us a curveball.

That's funny. When I gave Kaleb his lunch today, he kept putting his grapes on top of his bread, his bologna in his cup holder, and his chips, cheese, and pickle wondered aimlessly around his tray! Makes you wonder what their thinking.

I mean they're. Blame it on sleep deprivation!

Don't you wish they had an edit available for comments? Sorry about your lack of sleep. I really really feel for you. Luckily, Olivia has slept all night for the past two nights. I'm sure it won't last forever, but I'm sure enjoying it.

I think that we have decided that it is Kaleb's skin. He won't stop scratching it all night. Unfortunately Aquaphor, Eucerin, and Vaseline seem to cause an allergic reaction and make it worse. The doctor won't give him a steriod cream because he is so young. The poor guy was holding my hand up to scratch his hands last night. It made me want to cry! I cheated last night and put Cortizone cream on him. It's a steriod, just not as strong as prescription strength.

Dogs are wonderful for that very thing!

Wait til she discovers cabinettes and drawers! I'm constantly finding food in them from my 2 year old, I think she's saving them for later! Now that I'm on to it I take it out and watch her search all through it. Hopefully she stops before I get bugs! LOL

A girl has to keep an air of mystery about at least a few things! Lol! Keep 'em guessing, Olivia! :-)
