Beautiful Madison
What an amazing family!
A Mother's Love
As some of you know, Stacie and I both fought infertility. Jason and Stacie have been praying for a child for many years. Their story is an example of God's goodness and the miracle of adoption.
Two different lives, shaped to make yours one.
The first gave you life, and the second taught you to live it.
One gave you a nationality; the other gave you a name.
And now you ask me through your tears,
Heredity or environment, which are you the product of?
What an amazing family!
A Mother's Love
As some of you know, Stacie and I both fought infertility. Jason and Stacie have been praying for a child for many years. Their story is an example of God's goodness and the miracle of adoption.
Once there were two women who met one another.
One, my darling, is your birthmom and the other is your mother.
Two different lives, shaped to make yours one.
One became your guiding star; the other became your sun.
The first gave you life, and the second taught you to live it.
The first gave you a need for love, and the second was there to give it.
One gave you a nationality; the other gave you a name.
One gave you the seed of talent, the other gave you aim.
One chose adoption. It was all that she could do.
One chose adoption. It was all that she could do.
The other prayed for a child, and God led her straight to you.
And now you ask me through your tears,
The age-old question through the years.
Heredity or environment, which are you the product of?
Neither, my darling, neither. Just two different kinds of love.

I'm sure they'll be more pictures to come in the future on Stacie's blog. It may be awhile, however, as I'm sure Madison is keeping her plenty busy.

AHHHHHHH!!!! I so totally need to talk to you about this whole adoption thing! I would write Stacy, but I am sure that she is really busy! That just gives me chills!!! I am soooooo excited for her!!!!! That is incredible that God gave that baby to them!!
I can see it now....another lifetime friend and playmate for Olivia and Izzy! Madison will be runnin' around with them before you know it! There will be some wonderful times ahead! It's certainly our prayer that God will bless you richly in the great years ahead....why wouldn't He? He already has!!
Welcome to our world, Madison!
That is so sweet, I love when people are able to adopt and give a child a home that they might not have otherwise had!
I tagged you on my blog, if you want to play, please go check it out!
