Guess who had a great day at school today? Not only was she excited to go to school, she didn’t even cry! She loves P.E. and talks about it nonstop when she gets home. I feel like this is a true answer to prayer. And, I don’t feel my heart literally breaking every time I drop her off.

That's great! What was it that helped her adjust so well?
Sooooo glad that worked out for you. You know it had to be God. How in the world would she go from one extreme to this. So happy for you and for her too. Thanks be to God.
Along with lots of prayers, we shortened her day from 3 hours to 2. They put together a picture book of her doing each activity and made it into her schedule. This way, she knows what is always coming next. She can also take her beloved Gogum with her to school. She's also gotten a chance to get to know the teachers and paras. One or all of them contributed and made it a lot less scary for Olivia.
So glad she is loving school. I thought she would and although they don't see each other I think it is neat that her and Rebekah go to the same school.
I am so glad it all worked out!
